Accessing this site or engaging our services constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services Offered

Godevico Publishing provides book editing, cover design, formatting, publishing, marketing, ghostwriting, and related services. Specific deliverables depend on the package or custom quote agreed upon.

3. Author Rights & Royalties

You retain 100% of intellectual property rights and royalties from books published with us. We do not claim ownership, copyright, or share of revenue at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Most projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. Custom payment plans are available on higher-tier packages. All payments are non-refundable once production has started, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate manuscript content that you own or have rights to
• Respond to communication and approve drafts in a timely manner
• Disclose any third-party content (quotes, images) requiring licensing
• Not submit plagiarized, defamatory, or illegal material

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on standard production and your prompt response to drafts. Delays in author review or content changes may extend delivery.

7. Revisions

Editing includes unlimited author revisions. Cover design includes up to 3 concepts plus unlimited fine-tuning on the chosen design. Interior layout includes up to 2 full revision passes.

8. Use of Our Website

You may not copy, modify, or distribute content from this site without written permission. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, or disrupt site performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we deliver professional services, we make no guarantees of specific sales, bestseller status, or revenue outcomes book performance depends on many factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
